| c) We complete the appropriate forms and make sure you receive the necessary documents for the preparation of your file ; d) Sending your immigration application to the concerned authorities in the shortest delays; e) We receive an acknowledgment of receipt that we immediatly send to the applicant; f) We then receive the notification to attend notice for the selection interview (some files can be accepted without interview) ; g) Lawyer’s attendance during the interview, when possible and necessary ; h) We receive your acceptance (Quebec Certificate of Selection) ; i) Send in the shortest delay, to the concerned authorities, your Quebec acceptance for the receiving of your visa, provided that you have no medical problem, no problem of criminal nature or no false documents ; j) We receive an acknowledgment of receipt that we immediatly send to the applicant; k) Reception of the medical instructions; |
